Christmas is about making memories and family time. As a child, our family would drive around the neighborhood looking at all the Christmas and light displays.
One memory in particular was, in a turnaround circle, several families got together and had a Peanuts Christmas scene. In the beginning of the circle there would be a welcome sign, Snoopy and Woodstock were ice skating in circles in another yard, Linus and Lucy together at his piano with music playing on a record player (remember those) out from one of the windows in another. Then at the end of the turnaround, there would be Charlie Brown next to a painted wood Christmas tree, with little candy canes stapled to it and a “Please Take One” sign, followed by the “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year” sign on your way out. And to top it off, there was a tall Christmas tree lit up in the middle of the circle.
It’s our family’s wish to help make lasting memories with your family. Please feel free to visit anytime during the Christmas season and may God Bless you in the coming year.
The light show runs Friday after Thanksgiving through New Years Day, rain or shine. It starts at 5:00 pm, and runs through 2:00 am.
We will shut it down during lightning storms, where the that electricity in the air feeling causes data errors for the light controllers, it has happened.
Thank You for visiting our light show website.
Sincerly,
The Nedervelt Family
